Concrete Technical Business Development Manager Heidelberg Materials are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Business Development Manager for our concrete division. As a leader in the construction industry, we require someone who can drive business growth and help us achieve our sustainability goals. As a Concrete Technical Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing business plans to increase sales and revenue focussed on value added and sustainability products.


Building strong relationships with designers, engineers and architects associated with existing and potential clients Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalise on them Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, sustainability objectives and competitors Collaborating with cross-functional departments such as engineering, manufacturing, technical and operations to create innovative solutions for clients Providing technical assistance and support to customers before, during, and after sales Role Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (not mandatory) 5+ years of technical sales experience in the concrete industry Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, applications, and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region About Heidelberg Materials With more than 4,000 employees across 300 sites, we have an extensive production and logistics network across Australia.
