About the Role: As the Mobiles Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our mobile operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our operations across various locations.

Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 direct reports, including Project Managers and specialists, remotely. Be a true people leader who can set goals and maintain a routine management cycle. Customer Relationship Management: Manage strong customer relationships, including contract management, handling contract disputes, and managing contractual variations. Project Management: Oversee 4 to 5 projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Team Development: Manage and develop a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals. Operational Excellence: Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Background and Experience required: Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally with experience managing managers.

Strong customer relationship management skills, including knowledge of contract management and handling contract disputes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in mobile operations is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
